Unpacking
Scott's parents were visiting relatives in Phoenix right before we arrived, and they surprised us with the apartment, found with the help of Uncle "Punk" and Audrey.
We are settling in, and getting used to the heat and the monsoon season here. I have a hard time typing monsoon without laughing. It's hard to believe that 100 degrees and bright sunny days with 40% humidity is their wet season, but it really is. I scoffed at the warnings of mosquito's, thinking it can't possibly be wet enough for them here, but I did notice about 18 new bites on my legs yesterday after a quick walk. They must be microscopic monsoon mosquito's because I never saw the buggers.
Scott is going to class 10 hours a day Monday through Friday learning about repairing guitars, and 7 hours on Saturday's to learn about building amplifiers. In one week they wrap up the guitar repair session and start the building session.
Once we get the camera working again, we'll post pictures of the area and all the beautiful blooming flowers!

Okay, leave it to you to get me to step out of my technological comfort zone and try to reply using you blog site. It was great to hear from you! Wow Phoenix! Ben's sister and her family live in a suburb south east of Phoenix called Queen Creek. We will be visiting them at the end of April. I'm sure that you are very busy unpacking and getting settled. Hope school is going well for Scott. How did he decide to go to school for guitar construction and repair? It sounds very interesting. Like Sheri, I hope that you get back to Minnesota, but I know that Arizona has a lot of perks too! Take Care!

Hey Shaker and Heather! Maybe we could turn this comment section into a little RAHS reunion area. I just got an email from Kat and they are back in Roseville now. Of course, just in time for us to be in Phoenix. Our camera is broken now, but I'm hoping to find a way to post some pictures. Maybe I'll have to go old school and use film and a scanner. Gah!

Hey Sheri and Heather! Maybe we could turn this into a little RAHS reunion area. I just heard from Kat and found out she and Iain are in Roseville now! Just in time for us to leave... Our camera is broken so I'm thinking I'll have to go old school and use film and a scanner again. Gah! but I must find a way to brag more and show pictures of the pools and lake.

Wow. You sound busy. And it's so hot! You probably already know that we've had snow several times this week....
Glad to hear that everything's going along okay. The kids are gorgeous.

Rachel and Scott: We are so happy that God has placed you where He is going to use you in His way! We loved seeing you this Thanksgiving and we were so blessed to spend a little time with you. We will see you one of these days, when Ed and I make our trip to see all of our friends from throughout the years. Love, The Harrows
